INNTEGRA, Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “INNTEGRA”) has set forth the following personal information protection policy for handling personal information of customers who use Gaijin Poole (hereinafter referred to as “Service”), and shall construct a system for protecting personal information.
INNTEGRA shall observe all laws and regulations pertaining to personal information, recognize the importance of protecting personal information by consistently implementing a system for protecting personal information, and promote the appropriate handling and protection of personal information.

1. Personal Information

“Personal Information” herein is information about an identifiable individual including his/her name, address, date of birth, age, sex, telephone number, family structure, electronic mail address, ID, IP address, place of work, department, address of place of work, phone number of place of work, credit card number, bank account number, information on websites visited by said individual, and information relating to complaints, discussions, and inquiries made by said individual that can be solely used, or used in combination with each other, to identify the individual.

2. Acquisition of Personal Information

INNTEGRA acquires any personal information about a user that the user provides when using the Service.
Any other personal information shall be acquired by legal and appropriate methods, and shall not be acquired by any illegal methods against the user’s will.

3. Managing Personal Information

INNTEGRA shall store the personal information of customers in its most correct and recent form and shall implement measures including maintaining security systems, establishing a management system, and educating employees that are necessary to ensure that personal information is not accessed illegally, lost, damaged, forged, leaked, or similar, and shall implement safety measures so as to strictly manage personal information.

4. Purpose of Using Personal Information

Any acquired personal information shall only be used for the purposes listed below:
 (1) Providing information to employers with the consent of the user.
 (2) Providing various services related to the Service.
 (3) Distributing various mail magazines and emails for providing information related to the Service.
 (4) Gathering opinions and requests with the aim of improving the quality of the Service.
 (5) Providing the Service, distributing and displaying advertisements and content, and advertising on other websites based on attribute information, usage history, and terminal information.
 (6) Responding to various inquiries.
 (7) Analysis and marketing for improving the Service and developing new services.

INNTEGRA may record calls made by customers or correspondence from INNTEGRA in order to accurately record correspondence content and improve the quality of our customer service.

5. Provision of Personal Information

(1) Any acquired personal information shall be provided to employers as stated below within the scope of use outlined in Item (1) of “4. Purpose of Using Personal Information.”

・ Purpose of providing information: Applying for jobs
・ Personal information that will be provided: Name, date of birth, sex, address (prefecture, city), telephone number, email address, current occupation, visa status, visa validity period, academic background, date of graduation from college, name of school/college, work history, work period, field of work, employment type, responsibilities at work, licenses and qualifications, reason for applying, skills and favorite subject, selling point, achievements, tools user can use, theses and patents, dependents, spouse (if any), occupation of spouse, emergency contact information, type of dwelling, rent, desired field of work, desired workplace, and any other questions from employers
・ Method of provision: Through an encrypted or otherwise secure web system, electronic mail, or FAX
(2) In addition to the above, any acquired personal information will not be provided to a third party without prior consent of the user except in the following cases:
 a) Laws and regulation require the information to be provided
 b) Provision is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
 c) Provision is especially necessary for improving public health or promoting the safety of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
 d) Provision is necessary to cooperate with a government institution or local public body, or a person who has been assigned the work of a government institution or local public body in order to carry out a task stipulated by law

6. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information to be disclosed

(1) The user shall be responsible for correcting, deleting, and ceasing use of personal information by a predetermined method stipulated on the update page for registered information.
(2) Notwithstanding the preceding item, INNTEGRA shall promptly respond to any requests from the user regarding notice, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, cease of use, deletion of use, and cease of provision to a third party (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure") of personal information in accordance with the procedure they have set forth. Note that INNTEGRA may not be able to respond to all requests due to disrupted operations.

8.Observing Laws and Standards and Reviewing Policy

INNTEGRA observes the Japanese laws and regulations that apply to storing personal information shall review the contents of this policy as necessary in order to improve this policy.
Any user who does not request for their personal information to be deleted after a change to this policy will be deemed to agree with the stipulations of this policy after any changes regarding purpose of use.
