NNTEGRA, Co., Ltd. provides the service “Gaikokujin Poole” subject to the following Terms of Use. Please read carefully before using this service.

Article 1 (Gaijin Poole)

1. Gaijin Poole (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) is the name of a service provided by INNTEGRA, Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “INNTEGRA”) that enables a user (person seeking employment) to view or apply for job advertisements that are posted on websites and mobile-friendly websites. The Service relates to distributing e-mails related to said websites and providing other job advertisement information.
2. In the event that INNTEGRA deems it inappropriate to provide the Service to a user, INNTEGRA reserves the right to deny access to the Service to said user.

Article 2 (ID and Password)

1. INNTEGRA may issue or provide a user with an ID and a password.
2. The user shall assume full responsibility for using and managing the issued or provided ID and password, and must not assign their issued ID and password to a third party, or let a third party use their issued ID and password.

Article 3 (Scope and Changes)

1. Any individual terms separately stipulated by INNTEGRA through posting on the website or any other means, and any additional terms INNTEGRA may notify to the user from time to time shall constitute a part of these Terms of Use.
2. The website includes links to other websites that INNTEGRA operates. The user is required to separately agree to the terms of use for those websites when using those websites.
3. INNTEGRA reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at the sole discretion of INNTEGRA and without permission from the user. In such an event, the conditions of use of the website shall be pursuant to the Terms of Use after said change. Any changes shall come into force when the user is notified of said changes by sending an e-mail to the address they have specified, INNTEGRA posting on the website, or by any other method INNTEGRA deems to be appropriate.
4. INNTEGRA shall not be liable for any losses or damages the user may suffer as a result of a change to the Terms of Use.

Article 4 (Responsibility of User)

1. The user shall agree to these Terms of Use, use the Service on their own responsibility, and assume full responsibility when using the Service.
2. The user shall recognize that the Service shall not act as an intermediary between the user and an employer, and shall directly contact the poster of the advertisement regarding any inquiries about application or hire.
3. The user shall provide accurate personal information to INNTEGRA and the employer. In the event that the personal information the user provided is incorrect, or a dispute has arisen between the user and the employer or a third party as a result of the information provided to INNTEGRA or the employer, the user shall deal with said dispute on their own responsibility in a way that guarantees that INNTEGRA shall not be inconvenienced in any way.
4. The user shall be responsible for confirming the working conditions and compensation of any company they have entered through use of the Service.

Article 5 (User Status and Prohibited Behavior)

1. By accessing and using our Service, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service and shall gain the status of “user” on the website.
2. Users must not commit any act listed in any of the following items:
A. An act that infringes or may infringe on any property rights or privacy of INNTEGRA or a third party
B. An act that disadvantages or damages, or may disadvantage or damage, INNTEGRA or a third party
C. An act that hinders the website from doing business
D. A criminal act, or an act that is in violation or may be in violation of Japanese and foreign laws and regulations and public order
E. Providing untrue or incorrect information
F. An act that aims to do business or gain a profit through use of the website, or an act of preparing for such an act, unless INNTEGRA has given permission to do so
G. An act that damages the good name or trust of INNTEGRA or a third party
H. Using or providing harmful computer programs such as computer viruses, and any act that may be construed as such
I. Belonging to an organization related to an antisocial force, having an inappropriate relationship with an antisocial force including using and giving benefit to the antisocial force, and any act that may be construed as such
J. Any other act that INNTEGRA deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Suspending and Ceasing Publication)

1. INNTEGRA reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cease part or all of the website based on their sole discretion without prior notice to the user when any of the causes in the following items apply:
A. Devices used for publicizing the website and the system must be periodically or urgently maintained or updated
B. Publicizing the website would cause problems due to an act of force majeure such as a fire, a power outage, or any other natural disaster
C. A Type I Telecommunications Carrier does not provide service
D. INNTEGRA has determined that temporarily suspending or ceasing the website is necessary for operational or technical reasons, or that publicizing the website would cause problems due to unforeseen circumstances
2. INNTEGRA shall not be liable for any losses or damages the user or a third party may suffer as a result of temporarily suspending or ceasing the website.

Article 7 (Responsibility of INNTEGRA)

1. INNTEGRA shall not be liable for any emotional or property damage the user may suffer as a result of applying to use the Service or using the Service.
2. INNTEGRA shall not be liable for any discrepancies that may occur between the user and the employer.
3. INNTEGRA shall not be liable for any damages the user may suffer when the provision of the Service is compromised or the provision of the Service is problematic, such as being infected with a virus that could not be prevented by logical virus countermeasures that an information provision service must take, or acts of force majeure including fires, power outages, and natural disasters that are of no fault of INNTEGRA.
4. INNTEGRA shall not guarantee the validity of any information provided to the user regarding a third party, such as company information, corporate advertising, job advertising, or any other information provided by a third party.
5. INNTEGRA shall not guarantee that the website is free from errors or other faults, that there are no viruses or other harmful elements in the server, and that there are no defects in the infrastructure and system used to provide the Service.
6. INNTEGRA shall not guarantee that the user will find a job through use of this Service.

Article 8 (Storage Period of Information)

1. Any information stored on the server owned by INNTEGRA regarding INNTEGRA or dealings with an employer shall be periodically deleted. Said information cannot be restored once it has been deleted.
2. In light of the preceding item, the user shall, on their own responsibility and expense, take measures necessary to prevent the user from suffering disadvantages or damages.

Article 9 (Links)

INNTEGRA shall not be liable for any websites other than the website when another website is accessed from the website, or when a third party provides a link to the website. In such a case, INNTEGRA shall not be liable for any content, advertisement, product, or service included in the website or available on the website. INNTEGRA shall not be liable for compensation of any damages that are a result of or related to said content, advertisement, product, or service. Links to individual pages may not be available without prior notice due to changes to website structure or server structure.

Article 10 (Copyright)

1. The user must not reproduce, sell, publish, or otherwise use any information provided through the website in any form without permission from the copyright holder; provided, however, that such reproduction, sale, publication, or other use is within the scope of personal use as stipulated by copyright law.
2. The user must not use or make public any information provided through the website in any form without permission from the copyright holder.
3. Shoulder there arise a problem in relation to the user being in violation of this article, the user shall resolve said issue on their own responsibility and expense in a way that in a way that does not inconvenience or damage INNTEGRA in any way.

Article 11 (Compensation Liability)

1. INNTEGRA shall not be liable for any damages the user or a third party may suffer caused by changing, suspending, stopping, ceasing, or abolishing the website or any other website.
2. Should a third party suffer any damages due to the user using the website, the user shall solve said problem on their own responsibility and expense without causing INNTEGRA to suffer any damages. Should INNTEGRA suffer any damages as a result of the user breaching these Terms of Service or performing an inappropriate or illegal act, INNTEGRA shall be entitled to compensation by the user for an amount equivalent to said damages.

Article 12 (Personal Information Protection Policy)

Information that INNTEGRA has gained about the user through the user using the website shall be managed and handled in accordance with a personal information protection policy to be separately stipulated by INNTEGRA.

Article 13 (Governing Laws and Jurisdiction)

The conclusion, effectiveness, and interpretation of these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising between INNTEGRA and the customer shall be brought in the Tokyo Summary Court or Tokyo District Court of Japan in accordance with the sued amount for the first instance of the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
